Shipping
Domestic shipping: GG delivers your order by home delivery service.
International shipping: GG delivers your order by EMS mail service. The postages will be calculated by the weight and destination, and will be added to the total cost. (If EMS mail is damaged or partly missing during delivery, a maximum of 20,000 yen is paid for the actual loss.)
Please make sure that all your items are delivered as you ordered. Although GG keeps sufficient stock of items, please note that GG does not leave back orders when ordered items are not in stock, and those orders will be cancelled.

Delivery time
The goods of your order will be delivered approximately in 5-10 days.
When orders shipped and reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays, and consequently it may take more than 10 days in such a case.

Import tax and fees
International shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied by your country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer and is responsible for all taxes, duties and import Fees.

Returns
GG does not accept returns other than defective or damaged items. In this case please contact us for return authorization, since unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Payment
GG accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards. Card will be charged with the shipment of your order.
